| DESIGN/BUILD
For over 20 years we have designed and built timberframe homes, barns, additions, garages, sheds, saunas and even a seven-sided gazebo. We've handled a number of restoration projects and old barn take-downs for reuse. Our team has built homes and camps off-the-grid and recently completed the first LEED-platinum renovation in New Hampshire. Through active participation with the Timberframers Guild of North America, we participated in the building of a college pavilion, an airport terminal, and a 136-foot-long covered bridge. The above list might lead one to the conclusion that we'll take on just about any project that involves the design, construction or restoration of any timberframed structure or high-efficiency building. This is true! But no matter the scale or the location, two core values connect all of Garland Mill Timberframes' various projects: A flexible and collaborative design process. A commitment to provide the very best in craftsmanship and materials along with state-of-the-art building methods.
